This is Cristina, a life-enthusiast and passionate yoga teacher, devoted to daily self-practice. In my experience yoga positively and constructively impacts our life at every level as it offers a set of practices that assist us in maintaining balance, feeling energised and relaxed at the same time, purifying all physical and mental systems, as well as growing and transforming ourselves. I love sharing the teachings and tools with a focus on practising being present, developing concentration.

Rebecca Soulscape

Rebecca has been sharing movement and music arts around the world for over two decades. Her focus is on channelling the creative power of these practices, to generate joy and connect with the spirit of life. As leading space-holder for innerdance in Australia since 2015, a large part of Rebecca's work lands in facilitating and nurturing Australia's growing innerdance community, in close connection with its global networks.

Tanu Bodhi

Tanu Bodhi

I am Tanubodhi full-time yoga instructor. I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga, Meditation and teach with an authentic and fun approach. 8 years ago I started my spiritual journey with meditation and I have been practicing yoga for the past 4 and half years. I practice Vipassana meditation, Pranayama (Breathing technique), Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga on a regular basis.

Ajit is born in India and grew up going to ashram and living yogic lifestyle. He believes in very traditional living and is working with young people to live happy and meaningful life. He is a meditation teacher uses sound as a tool to connect with the internal dialogue. He has been practicing yoga and meditation for past 23 years.

Anna

Anna

Anna started practicing Yoga when she was 14 at the Sivananda Ashram in Perth. She then completed her first teacher training in 2005 in Melbourne. She has been to India 8 times to study Yoga and Meditation. Her thirst for knowledge led her to the Bihar School of Yoga in India where she lived for 2 years to study and live as a Sannyasin (Yoga monk). She completed a two year Diploma of Satyananda Teacher Training in 2014. She also has great interest in Indian natural medicine

Jessica May

Jessica May

Jess is a passionate drummer and use traditional music instruments in her sound healing practice. Drumming, Dancing, Nature, Divine people, Connection, Delicious food and taking time to be in the Quiet for her Heart and Soul is what drives her. She says: I am looking forward to sharing a Beautiful weekend with you all and I am thankful for the opportunity to bring the magic of the djembe and African music along too!! x

Asha and Amber

Asha and Amber

Meet Asha and Amber. They are a couple from Bhutan and they lived in refugee camps for over 20 years. They come with years of experience in cooking traditional Ayurvedic vegetarian food. Since their arrival in Australia as refugees, we have been able to help them by providing all of the knowledge and qualifications to continue cooking what they are highly capable of.

Ariane attended her first Reconnect last year in Mt Macedon and fell in love with the connection felt at retreat and beyond. She then facilitated at our November Reconnect where again she felt completely enamored with such sensations of love and connection. Ariane integrates themes of mindfulness, elements of nature, breath work, and aromatherapy to her yoga classes. She’s over the moon to be a part of this co-creation of connection this year and thrilled to meet you on your may wherever you are

Daniel

Daniel

Daniel Machan has trained in Innerdance facilitation in Melbourne with Rebecca Soulscape and in Vanuatu with Serena Olsen along with the founder of Innerdance - Pi. Having recently returned from India where he completed his Yoga Teaching Certification. His connection to his practice of Yoga, Qi Gong, Reiki and deep connection to nature flows through his facilitation of the Innerdance Sound and Awakening Journey.
