What you bring

  • Daily clothes, warm clothes as it may get cold at night

  • Toiletries, towels, bed sheets, pillows, sleeping bags/blankets, doonas and if you are camping all your camping gear. 

  • Yoga mat and other accessories (bolster, blocks, straps) that help you during practice

  • Music Instruments to join along at our music jam or simply take part in a solo musical bush adventures

  • Snacks to share or something sweet for communal tea. We ask for homemade or non-processed food.  

  • Water bottle 

  • Trekking shoes 

  • Torch

  • Mosquito repellent 

  • If you are allergic to anything please bring your anti allergens / medication (just in case) 

  • Extra Blankets

  • Hand sanitiser

  • Warm, open heart and respect for diversity
