The Reconnect Retreat I attended was an incredible experience. So many different types of yoga, meditation, self expression and self exploration. Everyone who attended benefited in some way and the diverse group of people ended up very bonded after 3 days. The organiser and facilitators were very professional, caring and fluid; the (vegetarian) food was delicious and plentiful, the venue in the forest was lovely and the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend Indomystic and their events! xo
